The Groom

Peter came to Atlanta to attend the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering. After graduating from Georgia Tech, Peter worked in the product development field while attending law school at night. He graduated cum laude from John Marshall Law School, where he served as Editor of the John Marshall Law Journal.

After passing the Georgia Bar Exam, Peter worked at a boutique immigration law firm, where he handled a variety of immigration matters. Since co-founding Walden, Goodhart, Harden & New, Peter has continued to provide assistance in both family and business immigration matters. He additionally has experience assisting individuals and businesses with a variety of civil, criminal, and commercial matters.

The Bride

Besides Peter, the other main love of Becky’s life is her basset hound Preston. But if you’ve ever met Becky, you undoubtedly already knew that.

Becky received a degree in Communication Design from Carnegie Mellon University, and she is now Creative Director at RTI, a software company, as well as Head Creative Elf at Northpole.com. In her spare time, Becky enjoys baking, cooking, going to concerts, creating art to hide around Atlanta, and sampling new cheeses. During football season, you can find Becky at Smith’s Olde Bar, rooting for her beloved Pittsburgh Steelers. She also really loves travelling and has been to all 50 states and more than 30 countries.

Becky knew that she was in love with Peter when she was on holiday in the autumn of 2014. Despite the fact that she was in London [her favourite city] to see Damon Albarn [her favourite musician], Becky couldn’t wait to come home. Never in her life had Becky been excited to leave London, so it was then she knew that what she and Peter have is really special.
